{{alias}}( x, a, b, regularized, upper )
Computes the kernel function for the regularized incomplete beta function.

The `regularized` and `upper` parameters specify whether to evaluate the
non-regularized and/or upper incomplete beta functions, respectively.

    If provided `x < 0` or `x > 1`, the function returns `[ NaN, NaN ]`.

    If provided `a < 0` or `b < 0`, the function returns `[ NaN, NaN ]`.

If provided `NaN` for `x`, `a`, or `b`, the function returns `[ NaN, NaN ]`.

    Parameters
    ----------
    x: number
        First function parameter.

    a: number
        Second function parameter.

    b: number
        Third function parameter.

    regularized: boolean
Boolean indicating whether the function should evaluate the regularized
        or non-regularized incomplete beta function.

    upper: boolean
Boolean indicating whether the function should return the upper tail of
        the incomplete beta function.

    Returns
    -------
    y: Array|TypedArray|Object
        Function value and first derivative.

    Examples
    --------
    > var out = {{alias}}( 0.8, 1.0, 0.3, false, false )
    [ ~1.277, ~0.926 ]
    > out = {{alias}}( 0.2, 1.0, 2.0, true, false )
    [ 0.36, 1.6 ]

{{alias}}.assign( x, a, b, regularized, upper, out, stride, offset )

Boolean indicating whether the function should return the upper tail of
        the incomplete beta function.

    out: Array|TypedArray|Object
        Output array.

    stride: integer
        Output array stride.

    offset: integer
        Output array index offset.

    Returns
    -------
    y: Array|TypedArray|Object
        Function value and first derivative.

    Examples
    --------
    > var out = [ 0.0, 0.0 ];
    > var v = {{alias}}.assign( 0.2, 1.0, 2.0, true, true, out, 1, 0 )
    [ 0.64, 1.6 ]
    > var bool = ( v === out )
    true
