{{alias}}( iterator[, begin[, end]] )
    Returns an iterator which returns a subsequence of iterated values from a
    provided iterator.

    If `end` exceeds the length of the provided iterator, the returned iterator
    returns the subsequence of iterated values starting from `begin` until the
    last iterated value of the provided iterator.

    If an environment supports Symbol.iterator and a provided iterator is
    iterable, the returned iterator is iterable.

    Parameters
    ----------
    iterator: Object
        Input iterator.

    begin: integer (optional)
        Start iteration index (zero-based and inclusive). Default: 0.

    end: integer (optional)
        End iteration index (zero-based and non-inclusive).

    Returns
    -------
    iterator: Object
        Iterator.

    iterator.next(): Function
        Returns an iterator protocol-compliant object containing the next
        iterated value (if one exists) and a boolean flag indicating whether the
        iterator is finished.

    iterator.return( [value] ): Function
        Finishes an iterator and returns a provided value.

    Examples
    --------
    > var it = {{alias}}( {{alias:@stdlib/random/iter/randu}}(), 5, 10 );
    > var r = it.next().value
    <number>
    > r = it.next().value
    <number>
